Shaundam's videos are offered in Flash format for streaming and WMV format for downloading (the scenes in the HD Videos section add in an MP4 version as well). The so-called "old school" videos as well as the Reality vids have only one quality option (640 x 480 at 1000-1500K) while the HD videos come in low (352 x 198 at 410K), DVD (640 x 480 at 1500K), and HDV (1280 x 720 at 5000K) quality versions. The older stuff doesn't look anywhere near as nice as the newer vids.
