Checking out the videos, they offer a Flash version for streaming (in-browser) and WMV vids for streaming in an external viewer or downloading to your hard drive. They offer the WMV vids in medium (512 x 384 at 1200K) and high quality (720 x 540 at 2500K). Both quality options looks nice but of course the 2500K vids look better than their 1200K counterparts. The 2500K vids are close to DVD quality and can easily be enjoyed at full-screen with very minimal loss of quality. Sweet!
