These come in WMV and Quicktime format (the label says MPG but these are MOV files). The WMV's are offered in high and medium quality; the MOV's are high quality only. The high quality vids come in at 640 x 480 at 1500K and look pretty good. At original size, they're nice and clear...you can get away with full-screening them, but be prepared for some pixelation at that resolution.
